NeuraLink is governed by NeuraDAO, a decentralized system that enables token holders to propose, vote, and shape the platform’s evolution—including simulation parameters, model approval policies, and treasury spending.

Token Holders
All Neura holders can vote and submit basic proposals
Delegation Council
Token holders can delegate voting power to representatives
Multisig Committee
Early-stage execution authority; will gradually hand over to full DAO
6.2 Governance Scope
NeuraDAO governs all major protocol-level functions, including:
Model onboarding and review mechanisms
Incentive ratio tuning and task weighting
Treasury fund allocation (grants, audits, ecosystem rewards)
Simulation engine parameter updates
Protocol upgrades and contract replacements
All decisions are enforced by on-chain smart contracts with full auditability.
6.3 Proposal & Voting Process
Proposal Submission: Requires a minimum Neura holding threshold
Community Discussion: Open debate via forum or DAO tools (e.g., Tally)
Formal Voting: On-chain governance vote based on stake or reputation
Execution: Through multisig (Phase 1) or automated contracts (Phase 2+)
